* What happens if I go over the plan limits ?

Overages apply if you go significantly over the plan limit. If you do go over, someone will contact you to determine if it’s more cost effective to upgrade, purchase a page view pack or pay monthly overages.

Can I switch plans ?

Upgrade or downgrade plans any time for any reason. Let us know and we’ll make it happen.

Can I switch to a different host ?

Your data always belongs to you. Back up and restore all your GraphComment data right from your web browser, any time. Migrate to or from any cloud provider with ease.

Are there educational or non-profit discounts ?

If you are legally recognized as an educational institution or a non-profit organization, we invite you to subscribe the free PERSONAL Plan and contact us if you go over the limits.

What are moderator users ?

Moderator users are users that are employed by your company and are assigned a Role that lets them administer or moderate the community.

Do you offer services ?

Yes, GraphComment offers services to help configure your community, migrate your data from an existing platform, create a custom theme or help integrate to your website, app or game.

What are the payment options ?

We accept automated payments Visa, Mastercard and AMEX (Stripe). You can also request to be invoiced.

Can you migrate my existing comments ?

Yes, we have migrated many communities from dozens of other platforms.
